Stage Design

Creating immersive environments for performance and events

NI Construction brings something unique to the world of stage and set design: real construction expertise combined with creative problem-solving. Our team has built sets for theater productions, film and television shoots, corporate events, escape rooms, exhibitions, and themed installations. We understand that in this world, every detail matters — from the structural integrity of a multi-level set piece to the surface finish that needs to look perfect under stage lighting.

We work closely with directors, production designers, and event planners from the earliest concept stage. You bring the creative vision; we figure out how to build it. That means translating sketches and mood boards into technical drawings, selecting the right materials for the look and the budget, and engineering structures that are safe, transportable, and designed for quick assembly and teardown when needed.

Our capabilities span a wide range of set construction work. We build large-scale scenic backdrops, modular stage platforms, custom furniture and props, themed room environments, interactive installations, and architectural features for film sets. We work with wood, metal, foam, fabric, and composite materials — whatever the project demands. For escape rooms in particular, we design and build the full physical environment including hidden mechanisms, movable panels, and themed decor elements.

Deadlines in production are non-negotiable, and we get that. Our team is experienced in working under tight schedules and high-pressure conditions. We plan meticulously, build efficiently, and show up on-site ready to install on time. Whether it is a one-night event or a long-running theater production, we deliver sets that look exactly as envisioned and stand up to the demands of live use.
